To all the parents and caregivers of disabled children out there, I want to say that you are not alone in this journey. I know first hand how challenging it can be to take care of someone whose needs require constant attention and support. Some days may feel like a never-ending battle, with no clear light at the end of the tunnel. The physical and emotional demands can be overwhelming, and some may feel like they are fighting this fight alone.

Remember that it's okay to ask for help, to take time for yourself, to acknowledge your own limits, and to give yourself the space to slow down and take a breath. Your love and commitment to taking care of your child is an act of courage, and you should feel proud of all that you have done and continue to do.
